From an unfinished journey to countless unforgettable ones.
Every journey starts with a story. Ours begins with a van and a dream.
The first YellowCap van wasn’t just a purchase, it was a gift carrying someone else’s unfulfilled dream.
We found her sitting quietly in the backyard of a family who once planned to explore Canada together. The father had hoped to drive across the country with his loved ones, all the way from Vancouver to the Atlantic, discovering the beauty of this land along the way. Sadly, he passed away before that journey could begin.
The van stayed behind, a reminder of a trip that was never taken, but also of a man remembered for his kindness, his sense of adventure, and his deep love for family.
We decided to give her a name: Connie, a tribute to his spirit. Not to replace the past, but to carry it forward.
Today, Connie is part of something new: a different kind of journey, one that welcomes others to connect, explore, and share meaningful moments together.
At YellowCap, we believe travel is more than sightseeing. It’s about care, presence, and feeling like you’re part of something, even if only for a day.
We carry that intention in every experience we offer. Whether it’s your first time in Vancouver or your hundredth, our hope is that you’ll feel what this van was always meant to carry: family, connection, and a journey filled with heart.
We don’t just take you to places. We help you feel them.
Our Mission
To redefine what it means to take a tour by inspiring deeper connections, slower travel, and lifelong memories.
Real places, real stories, real people.
Between travelers, locals, and the land.
For nature, culture, and every guest.
Embracing curiosity, spontaneity, and wonder.
We don’t just guide tours, we craft experiences that move you.

Our guides are dedicated to making your experience smooth, fun, and memorable — from the moment you step into the vehicle to the end of your tour. They’re not just drivers, they’re hosts, storytellers, and caretakers for your day.
At a restaurant, it’s common to leave a 20–25% tip for a short meal with minimal interaction. On our tours, your guide is with you for several hours — offering personal attention, sharing local insights, cracking jokes, keeping things on track, and making sure you feel welcome the entire time.
If you see value in your experience, we warmly encourage you to show appreciation to the person who made it special. A typical gratuity ranges from 10–15% per guest, but any amount is appreciated.
